WITHOUT TITLE (single—channel video, 2012) A piece deliberately deprived of the title. The main theme of it are hair that serve as a record of an individual`s existence, a sign of the passage of time.
Anna Sieradzka—Kubacka (b. 1976 in Warsaw) — a Polish visual artist. She uses painting, sound and words as important elements of contemporary reality, as well as photography and video. Main subject of her works is the human, his identity, thoughts, aspects of life and death. She graduated in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She has also studied at the Film and TV Academy in Warsaw. Currently, she is a PhD student at the Academy of Fine Arts, Intermedia Department, in Kraków. She had several solo exhibitions (including the Artists` Colony in Gdańsk, the Institute of Fine Arts in Wrocław, the Zero Gallery in Berlin), and exhibited and participated in video festivals in the USA, Australia, Russia, Iceland, China, Iran, Spain, France, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Latvia, Poland. in 2009, she won Art&Experimental Award at the One Minute Film & Video Festival in Aarau, Switzerland.
